Events

The Knut Wicksell Centre devotes substantial effort for outreach activities and collaboration with practitioners.

 Outreach activities are directed towards the Centre’s partners, as well as towards the general public. An important part of this work is the establishment of arenas for collaboration and exchange of ideas.

Practitioners' and Academic Seminars constitute venues where the partners and researchers of the Centre meet and exchange ideas and experiences in relation to current developments on the financial markets.

Workshops are organised for researchers and practitioners to meet and interact. The activites at the workshops include presentations of research with a strong emphais on practical relevance and use.

Conferences are organised to facilitate exchange of knowledge among researchers in finance.

The Centre regulary organizes Brown Bag seminars. The purpose of a Brown Bag presentation is to make the colleagues aware of ongoing research at the Centre and get feedback.
