Lund University Finance Society
Founded in 1991, Lund University Finance Society, LINC, quickly became the primary organisation for students interested in finance at Lund University.
Through career guidance, practical training, events and field trips, LINC aims to support ambitious students in reaching positions at top firms within the financial industry. Today, LINC is with its 2 400 members the leading finance society in Sweden and one of the most prominent organisations of its kind in Northern Europe. LINC regularly invites finance professionals with a sustainability approach to investing as guest speakers, and we strive to deepen our collaboration with industry professionals and researchers active in this field.

Members of LINC work together with Associate Professor Susanne Arvidsson here at LUSEM and the newspapers Dagens Industri, and Aktuell Hållbarhet to conduct the annual Swedish Corporate Sustainability Ranking which includes Sweden's largest publicly listed companies. The ranking is based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and aims to highlight sustainability areas in need of improvement in Swedish business society.
Furthermore, LINC regularly invites finance professionals with a sustainability approach to investing as guest speakers, and we strive to deepen our collaboration with industry professionals and researchers active in this field. Connection with external expertise is valuable for LINC to integrate sustainable perspectives into the organisation. We believe that Lund Institute for Sustainability Research will further develop sustainable finance research at LUSEM and be a platform for knowledge sharing.
